Darshan K. Kapadia, M.D., P.A.Dr. Kapadia graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1988 and completed his residency in Internal Medicine in Dallas, TX. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is an active member of the Texas Medical Association and the Dallas County Medical Society. Dr. Kapadia's practice philosophy involves partnering with his patients to maintain a healthy lifestyle and prevent complications from chronic disease. Educating patients about their medical conditions, treatment options, and drug therapy is immensely important to him. A strong focus is placed on Preventive Cardiology and promoting Wellness. Since establishing his Practice in 1991 at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, he is currently the Senior Internist on staff and has been 1) Chairman of the Dept. of Internal Medicine 2) President of the Medical Staff 3) Corporate Medical Director for EDS 4) Board Member of Genesis Physicians Group and Jefferson Physicians Group. Presently, he is a member of the Texas Health Resources Institutional Review Board, on the Physicians Advisory Council for the Partnership for Peak Healthcare Performance (an affiliate of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Business Group on Health), and a Board Member of the Collin County Adult Clinic (a non-profit indigent clinic in Plano). He is a devoted family man who has been married for 22 years and has two wonderful boys. His hobbies include photography, travel, golf, music, and reading, He is an avid supporter of Boy Scouts of America and volunteers his time to the indigent charity clinic and his son's Boy Scout Troop. |
Neha Dhudshia, M.D., P.A.Dr. Dhudshia graduated from Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, Texas) in 1992. She completed her Internal Medicine residency in Dallas, Texas. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. In 1995, she had the unique pleasure of starting her practice in her hometown of Plano, TX. She was one of the first female Internal Medicine physicians on staff at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano. During her years in practice, she has served on numerous hospital committees and in leadership roles, including Chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine. She is an active member of Texas Medical Association & Dallas County Medical Society. The focus of her practice is on prevention and patient education. She strongly believes in the importance of partnering with her patients to make optimal healthcare decisions. Her interests include healthy cooking, women's issues, creative arts, hiking and of course exercise. |
